Data.com Prospector and Clean retirement

Data.com Prospector and Data.com Clean licenses can no longer be renewed. These products are scheduled for retirement on July 31, 2020

How do these changes affect my company?

Data.com trials, renewals, and new subscriptions are no longer available.

If you would like to continue using the D&B data included in Data.com Clean, you can migrate to D&B Optimizer, D&B’s Lightning Data app that is available today on the AppExchange. Or explore solutions from our other Lightning Data partners.

If you would like to continue to use the D&B data included in Data.com Prospector, you can migrate to the D&B Hoovers app on the AppExchange. Alternatively, explore other AppExchange solutions for prospecting.

If you currently have a Data.com subscription with a term ending after the July 31, 2020 retirement date, please contact your Salesforce team asap.
