It means AI agents can:

Trigger workflows
Make decisions
Interact with Salesforce autonomously

This changes the Admin role completely.

Future Salesforce Admins will focus more on:

AI governance
Automation supervision
Business orchestration
Intelligent workflows

The role is evolving from configuration to agent management.
