Section 1: Business Analyst Track (10 Hours)

  • Use Case Creation โ€“ Learn how to design effective use cases from business scenarios. 
  • Convert Use Cases into User Stories โ€“ Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories. 
  • Salesforce Solution Prep โ€“ Build a high-level solution design and map it to Salesforce features. 
  • Solution Playback to Stakeholders โ€“ Present your solution using a professional PowerPoint deck (simulating how youโ€™d present to a hiring manager or client). 

Section 2: Salesforce Admin Implementation & Configuration (Between 10-15 hours)

Get hands-on practice by turning business requirements into working Salesforce solutions. 

  • Hands-On Salesforce Demo โ€“ Configure, customize, and showcase your solution directly in Salesforce. 
  • Practical Environment Setup โ€“ Build a Salesforce org environment in parallel while learning. 
  • Admin Best Practices โ€“ Learn key Salesforce configuration techniques used in real projects. 
  • Interview Preparation & Confidence Building โ€“ Roleplay interviews, practice scenario-based questions, and strengthen communication skills. 

By the end of this program, youโ€™ll have:
